We have worked on projects big and small. One of our current projects is the Iris in Lansing Michigan. The Iris is a proposed mixed use development with 11 workforce housing units on the second floor of a historic building with commercial tenants on the first floor. The capital stack is more complex than most with $3.5 million in various grant sources combined with New Market Tax Credits.

LIHTC expertise
Our traditional experience is with LIHTC proposals. The sponsor we are working with recieved a MI-Neighborhood Grant from MSHDA and MSHDA does not allow coupling LIHTC's, in order to fill the gap we are pursuing New Market Tax Credits.
